The property will charge USD 500.00 anytime after the booking is made to secure the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Pets may be allowed with a USD 150.00 fee and written approval from the property. An unapproved pet will cost a USD 500 fee.
A late check-in fee of USD 25 will be charged if guests arrive after 21:00.
A security deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 小偷打赤腳跳樓逃 女警抓賊遭誤認情侶
苗栗小偷二人組，發現警察上門，分頭逃，雙雙落網。其中一人，打赤腳跳樓，逃到遊覽車旁邊，被女警抓住，揪著衣領，當時休息的遊覽車司機，看到一男一女追逐，還以為是情侶當街打架，發現是女警，直呼真菲律賓八打雁賓館訂房價格的好勇猛。
紅衣女子，抓著男子的衣領，氣勢凌人，男子坐在地上，毫無招架之力，不斷撫摸著自己的腳，很痛的樣子。兩人一路追追逐，一直到遊覽車旁邊，才停下來，這是情侶打架嗎？
警方：「銬起來他的腳，不要管他銬起來。」
原來不是情侶，是警察追小偷，警方上銬，真相大白，38歲的許姓男子，涉及多起竊案，他和同夥，在苗栗地區，多次入侵民宅行竊，也在更半夜闖入校園，偷了20萬現金，兩人犯案時都帶著安全帽遮臉，機車懸掛失竊車牌，但是已經被警方鎖定，同夥也落網。
同夥是42歲的陳姓男子，從租屋處出門，就跑給埋伏的警察追，在校園外的圍牆邊被壓制，警方回頭到租屋處，許姓男子發現日本愛知渡假村訂房價格警察上門，顧不得穿鞋，打赤美國拉斯維加斯渡假村比價腳跳樓逃，逃入校園，又翻牆出來，學校剛好學測考試，附近停了不少遊覽車，司機還以為情侶當街吵架。事後發現是女警抓小偷，豎起大拇指，稱讚真的好猛。
苗栗分局副分局長傅學廷：「犯嫌見我們員警接近，就從住家二樓跳下右腳踝受傷，仍奮力想要逃跑。」
警方在嫌犯的租屋處，搜出電視機、手機、平板、手錶等贓物，小偷連被害人的鑰匙也偷，不排除準備再度光臨，拿著鑰匙方便窗空門。
